Our story
Biond@mara is a dream come true for two brothers, Marco and Alessandro, whose ambition was to design an ambience that they have always searched for on their travels across the globe, but never actually found.An ambience that is refined yet comfortable, contemporary yet homely, stylish yet cheerful, somewhere to enjoy traditional specialities masterfully paired with culinary dishes with a contemporary twist.
We have carefully selected the best Italian craft beers, which do not simply accompany the gourmet dishes on our menus, but become an important ingredient in their preparation.
